Power BI Visio Visual not zooming when data is selected

I'm creating a report where I am displaying data in a Visio Custom Visual.  I have two problems with it.  The first is that data selected in something like a table doesn't select any of the data in the visual.  It does however work with slicers, so that's not my main concern.  My problem is that selected data (like that selected on the slicers) doesn't cause the Visio Visual to zoom to a location.

If anyone's seen this issue before or can help me, that would be nice

I have tested many times but failed to connect to the Visio file opened online. Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce your scenario and check for you now.
