Power BI SQL field contains table?

What do you have to configure in SQL Server to be able to get these already joined tables when importing data into Power BI?

No applied steps has been taken yet in the picture below.

How about expanding the last column and selecting expected field?

Please read the questions again. The question is how the data should be in SQL-server to be able to get the pre-existing rows when importing the data into Power BI.
