Power BI Report Server pricing

Hello,

• I can't buy PBI Pro, no money.
• In my team all people is free software addictid.
• In IT department they use Pentaho BI suite with Oracle DB. Good the ETL tool, but very limited the report tool.
• In my team, today, they use Postgres as DB.

We want to develop a data warehouse outside the IT department and I have some simple question:

• Is PBI Desktop free version limited or I can have all functions?
• Can I share my reports?
• There are some problems to use Postgres with PowerBI? I would like to use SQL Server Express, but...

Power BI Pro licensing and free licensing. A Power BI Pro license enables access to all content and capabilities in the Power BI service, including the ability to share content and collaborate with other Pro users. Only Pro users can publish to and consume content from app workspaces, share dashboards, and subscribe to dashboards and reports. A free license enables access to some of the features of the Power BI service. 

Here is a list of features supported by per-user license type.
