Why is there no location on this form for Pro? Why is there almost no support for Pro?

This forum is open to every user, no matter which license you have.  You can post your issue/problems here. However, if you need further help, you can create a support ticket here which need you have pro license.

This is the location for Pro?  It's generally assumed that you have Pro license unless you specify otherwise.
