Power BI Pro refresh error.

I recently downloaded Power BI Pro in my Windows 10 PC and I am constantly receiving this error. I don't know what it means. Can anyone suggest me easiest way to troubleshoot it?

Hi Lewis-H,

You need to check  whether the credential you provide in datasource is correctly. You could try to clear the premission in Edit Queries->Data Source Setting and re-create the dataset to see whether it work or not.

Open the query editor and locate the datasource that is not loading. There you should be able to enter the appropriate credentials to the source.
