Power BI Premium license or Pro license

Hi there,

I just wondering about which license that we need.

Q1. Can I manage user and group permission for a free version of Power BI?  It just intended to manage reports by departments.

Q2. What is the differenciation between Free version and Pro version regarding to sharing/posting feature?

Q3. What is the differenciation between Pro and Premium license? If there are Power BI Premium license for our on-premise, do endusers use not only Power BI Desktop program but also sharing/posting features?

For posting, free and pro license and posting report to Power BI services, the only difference is that storage for two license.

For sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you and your recipients need a Power BI Pro license
