Power BI Login Problem

Hi all,

i have the problem that power Bi says that i have to register again. 

The Massage is: 

You do not seem to have an account for Power Bi. Click the button to register.

Then: 

Registration is not required.
You already have a license for Microsoft Power BI.

the problem occurs with the Power BI Desktop Client not b the web login. And not with every registration.

Your account could be used in Service,right? I would suggest you reinstall latest version of Power BI from here. Then clear all the cookies of your browser to log in desktop again.

no the new installation has not solved the problem. 

I'm trying to get the logs from the affected user.
