Power BI Import Data reports have disable the option to change connection from dev to production

Hello everyone,

 

We have several Import Data reports configurate to dev, now we need change de connetion parametres to production but the option is not editable (Fig 1)

 

We have also Live connect reports, and for they the option ti change the parametres works fine (Fig 2)

Maybe you can advice me.

Hi @MCampos ,

 

You can try below two options to change data connection.

 

  1. File->Options and Settings->Data Source settings->Change data source
  2. Edit the data connection string in Power Query (Query Editor mode, advanced edit)
