Power BI Ideas - How is URL made?

Hello All

I have a question which I am not sure if there is a direct answer as such.

For each of the Power BI idea page, there is a URL and URL along with the idea name contains some number as well (made bold in below examples).

Any idea what that number is? I mean its a sequence generator but 2 ideas created one after another does have this number in sequence.

Each idea post is made with certainty by the last part  (eg.35193205-copy-paste-from-power-bi-service)  of the url  (Uniform Resource Locators).

As for if it hae the number in sequence, I don't know it exactly.
