Power BI Enterprise Gateway Fails with Unknown error

Hi Guru's

I have tried using enteprise gateway to schedule refresh the reports that were published on Power BI. the schedule refresh doesnt work for enterprise gateway. when personal gateway is used, then the refresh works.

Can you give your expertise on what may be the case for the gateway not to work.
