Power BI Desktop will not start

I am trying to install Power BI desktop and I get this error.

Based on error message, it seems like your environment has been broken so power bi can't started with missing dependencies libraries.

Please try to use below tool to repair your software environment:

Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool

and try to download the latest version power bi desktop installation file and "run as administrator"
