Power BI Desktop sign in error

Hi,

When i try to sign in and publish a report from the desktop application, I receive the following message - 

Sorry, you don't seem to have access to Power BI

Yet, using the same credentials, I can sign in to my power BI account on the web. Does anyone have any advice to help with this issue?

Try either of these:

- Sign Out and Sign In again from PowerBI Desktop and then try publishing

- Use the "Get Data" option on PowerBI service to pull/upload your file

  Get Data >> Files >> Local File

I was recently facing the same issue and this worked for me.
