Power BI Desktop not refreshing

I have a few queries connected to Excel spreadsheet +25MB and cannot refresh data (refresh is just keep spinning). Today it just crashed showing those errors

I tried clearing cache, parallel load on/off, background download on/off and nothing seems to work.

Any ideas how to fix this?

@AbbasG it does not make any difference whether excel is open or closed. Still not refreshing

@ToddChitt there is one excel file 25MB (other ones have a few dozens of lines only) with no formulas and it keeps spinning when refreshing one table at the time

@PAAB check if the excel is open while you are refreshing.

Try refreshing one table at a time. You can do this by right-clicking on the table in the Fields area and selecting Refresh.
