Power BI Desktop crashes at start

I have got a huge problem.
Power BI Desktop crashes after start "Something went wrong - AS Process PID... exited with ExitCode=0...)
This has nothing to do with a certain pbix-file. It also crashes when I just start the application itself.
OS ist Win 10 21H1.
I have tried uninstalling and clean re-install. Both from the Microsoft Store and the downloadable installer.

I think I found a solution myself.
After deinstalling Power BI Desktop I deleted the leaf Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Power BI Desktop in registry. Then reinstalled and everything seems to work now...
