I noticed several other issues similar to mine, however, the solution provided there does not work. Looks like solution was suitable for another Windows version. I am using Windows 10 and Power BI desktop latest version.
I am using a laptop and 2 external screens, by adjusting the resolution or move it around between the laptop screen and external screen does not make any difference. It looks like the canvas is stuck somewhere and I am unable to get it back, i.e. not able to work with Power BI at all at the moment.
Also after removing and re-installing Power BI desktop there is no difference. Adjusting scale also does not work.
Pleased to hear another solution to solve this.
Below screenshot of the screen. It looks like the canvas is stuck/frozen on the left side. The (apperant) columns Visualisation and Fields seems to 'be alive', but obviously cannot get to the required fields there....
