Power BI Desktop - How to Suppress the default remove duplicates option.

Hi,

We have some reports which has geninue duplicate records(same record can repeat twice). 

But when doing an import, Power BI automatically ignores duplicates. 

Is there a way to suppress these duplicate removals.

Hi @syedsaliha07 ，

First,  do these records come from one same table? The duplicate records were ignored occur at loading data into Power BI Desktop? Or The duplicate records were ignored occur at dragging the fields onto the visuals? If it is the latter case and the records comes from the same table, you can create an index column for that table to avoid.

If creating index column can't solve your problem, could you please provide your data model and  some sample data(exclude sensitive data)?

Got it. Thanks for the reply. 

I actually included another column from our tables which makes each record unique. 

Also, i tried the index option as well and its working fine and so that is also a workaround.
