Hi team!
I have been having this white screen problem since November.
Power BI crashes mostly when saving, re-ordering visuals, copying and pasting visuals, or just by working on the report.
The only way to close Power Bi while in this white screen state is to use task manager.
There are also spikes in CPU usage especially when saving the report.
Is anybody else experiencing this?
Would really appreciate anyone's thoughts regarding this matter.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Are you using 64 bit Power BI? If not, please download and install the latest 64 bit version.
Please see if a large number of calculated columns are used. If so, I still suggest you to optimize your data model.
In addition, open the Graphics settings, add Power BI Desktop and set it to high performance mode to see if that alleviates your situation.
There is a lot of discussion about the issue in this thread, so you can see if there is a method available.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Winniz

@Anonymous , I doubt I have faced one. Make sure you have enough RAM free. Uninstalled and install Power Bi latest version and run it with all browsers closed and check it is issues of system overload.
