Power BI Desktop Connection Error

I am getting this error whenever I want to connect to a SharePoint online list from Power BI Desktop (after authentication step).

Error: Details: SharePoint: Request failed:

OData Version: 3 and 4, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. 

Please note that the URL is working in Internet Explorer.

That seems like an server end point issue (it may contain wrong ref URLs?)

Can you capture some fiddler trace while seeing the 404 error? I'd be interested to know what's the exact issue.
