Power BI Dashboard Sharing: How is it possible to share dashboards internally in the organisation?

Hi Team,

I have to share the dashboards developed with the group of users internally within my organization and the clients don't want to go for a Pro license for 1000 users in the company by using Power BI groups.

Is there any way to share the dashboard without buying PRO license with the set of users?

Hi @anmsharma

One option is to use Power BI Embedded.  This will allow you to share reports but not dashboards.

Another option is using Power BI reports in SQL Server Reporting Services - Technical Preview to publish your report onto on-premise report server. And you just need to create a group in local AD for those 1000 users and assign permission for access.
