Power BI Custom visuals

I am having an issue with trying to access the custom visuals from the AppSource site within Power BI desktop.  The Marketplace screen is blank.  I think the issue is related to the proxy server.  What is the actual URL that Power BI desktop is trying to display for those custom visuals?

How did you configure your proxy setting? Any specific settings for rules enabled on your device and firewall?

In addition, you can also use fiddler to trace these operations to confirm if any requests has been blocked.

Thanks for your reply.  We did try and whitelist all the URLs listed in the link below and it still did not work.  We know the issue is the proxy server.  Any other ideas on what is causing the issue?

They may block the address of the request that send to or receive from power bi.  In addition, if proxy attached additional verification/redirects in request header/contents which may be caused by the failure of verification.

Probably you can try to download custom visual files on market place site(othy_bi shared) and import these custom visuals to your report.  In addition, you can also process these on another device that not enabled proxy and send the imported pbix file to your device.
