Power BI App in Teams - Paginated Report Not loading

Hello,

Paginated reports are not loading (white screen) for Pro and Premium Capasity users in Teams through a published App. This works fine when users access outside of Teams Power BI App. Any insight is greatly appriciated.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You may try rendering the report on a different browser or clear browser cache or you can use browser igcognito mode instead.

In addition,

It might be a issue about out of memory. Have you allocated RAM to other resources like dataflow, other app workspace? There should be other process take up the memory, you can allocate more percentage of RAM resource to the paginate reports.

  1. Under Capacity settings, select a capacity.

  2. Under MORE OPTIONS, expand Workloads.

  3. Enable one or more workloads, and set a value for Max Memory.
  4. Select Apply
