Power BI App Dashboard does not load

Hi Power BI Community,

i have a curious problem. 
My boss can not acces the Power BI App Dashboard but I can. He is an Admin like me in the workspace. Could it be the browser or something? I use Google chrome and he uses Explorer.
He does have the problem after 7 p.m. but before that it does work sometimes but all the times the loading time is insane if he uses it!

Are you using RLS? 

If so please check with RLS.

Try republishing and check if it is the same.
