Power BI Alerts

Hi All,

 

Is it possible in Power BI to get the alerts of the list of student names whoever getting marks less than 33?

OR

I can have this "Pass/Fail" status in calculated column and can i get the Power BI alert of the list of student falling under "Fail" category for current month?

 

I know that Power BI alerts supports Single member tile, KPI Tile and Gauge Tile alone but i was just curious whether can we get list of names as well?

@Anonymous i dont think you can get list of names, your understanding is correct on alerts.

If you have SSRS(paginated report) enable in PowerBI(either services or on prem report server), you can create a parameter for Pass/fail and enable a subscription on that report with the list using this parameter.

need premium for ssrs report. not sure if  for alerts someone will go for premium

Yes, but user might have existing investment on premium or SQL Enterprise Edition + Software Assurance

In my opinion he asked for alerts not subscription, although subscription can be done using regular power bi report thru service.
