Power Automate with filters or not?

Hi everyone,

I would like to create a Power Automate button "Run" to create an item in a List.

I just wonder if all the element will be manage with the flow or only the filtered elements? (take a look on my screenshot) All the "BAP" will be create with the flow or just the "à valider" BAP?

Hey @Anonymous ,

that depends what you columns you hand over to the power automate visual. In the flow you can access the fields you hand over and as field:

Here the filter context is working, so if you filter and then press the button only the selected items will be sent to the Power Automate Flow. Check in the following article the example "Create tasks for individual orders in Microsoft To Do", this will explain it to you:
