The date slicer starts out with a predefined date range. However, some of my rows do not have the dates field populated so automatically do not get included in my charts.
Is it possible to start out with dashboard with a slicer no dates which would essentially give me all the data? I guess I want to see if that's possible before I go the alternative route which is to turn the dates function into a filter or hierarchy filter (which'll include the blanks). Thanks in advance.
Hi @zenmemo
Based on my test, if a row of the date column is blank, it will show blank when adding to a slicer.
When selecting “blank”, the visual will show data with no date.
“start out with dashboard with a slicer no dates which would essentially give me all the data”
Do you mean selecting “blank” on a slicer will filter all data of the table?
Best Regards
Maggie
