Porcentaje DAX

Buenas noches comunidad, tengo un archivo de compras de equipos en general y quisiera saber cual es la formula para hallar el porcentaje de avance por "ambiente consistencia" (areas) sin que el total sume el 100%. Adjunto pantallazo.

You can provide just a few very simple lines of data in Text format as in the table below. Also share with us the calculation logic and the final result you want (porcentaje de ambiente consistencia). For example:

Expected result: ??
