Plot line charts per year

Hi Experts, 

This is a might be a very stupid question.

But can you guide me on how i can plot the below table in line chart..

Where each line represents a Year and the data is vlaue for each month?

First, unpivot this data. If this is in the current format.

The but month on-axis and year on the legend in line chart. That will show multiple line
