Please help me find correct visual - or use the right words for a new idea request

I want to have a page which has a nice headline status with boxes to show numbers: eg Number of projects with Red, Amber, Green status

And then a table to show the detail.

I can create the boxes uses cards, but it would be nice for users to be able to click on a box and filter the results in teh details table.

You can do this with a table (as seen below and in the linked simplistic example) - but the results are not as pleasing visually.

I want a visual which will paint the 3 boxes (or however many specified by the field) and then cross-filter the rest of the page.

Does such a visual exist? Or can onyone help provide the right language to request from Microsoft in  the Power BI Ideas page?

You can try the visual: AdaptiveCards.

Or you can refer to this post and place the transparent bar chart on these cards to filter the table. This is my test:

I couldn't work out how to use the Adaptive Cards. But the bar chart works well. Thank you.

To my mind the functionality is pretty basic - in the sense that it would make a good part of base Power BI.
