Hello All,

I am getting following erro "there was a data source access error. Please contact the gateway administrator " I ahve open all the ports and when I run  whoami in cnd it show me "desktop-1eedsi2\aamir" but when I run whoami/upn "C:\Windows\system32>whoami/upn
ERROR: Unable to get User Principal Name (UPN) as the current logged-on user is not a domain user."

I have add screenshot below:

Still I am getting error "Please contact the gateway administrator"

It very urgent I have Demo. Can anyone help on this?

Do mask sensitive data when uploading screenshots.

Is the server that has SSAS installed joined to a domain? If not, the process that map user names will not work. The UPN is a property of Active Directory account, when you replace Power BI account with a local server account, you will get the above error messages.
