Play .wav from chart

Hello!

Lets say we have a phonecall where two persons are speaking.

I would like to visualize those speech sequence using PowerBi:

x - axis would show lenght of phonecall. So if person x starts to speak at 75s from start and he speaks 23 secs, I would like to have a bar chart start from 75s and end at 75 + 23s. Thats still doable, but how can I customize that bar chart so when I click on that bar, I would be able to play that 23s long sentence ?

It would be enought to have url pointing to .wav somewhere, but how to make that bar chart do some action like that when clicked on top of that chart ?

I have those sequences already clipped so I am not asking PowerBi to split that long wav, just to play them in quite unusual way .. Thanks for help and any ideas!

Seems like you would need a custom visual.
