Play Axis how to show the value correctly at the start

I am wondering whether anyone could suggest me a measure to show my values correctly in the Play Axis.  I've got 5 years worth of data on the number of people on X. But I don't want to aggreage the people across the differnt year. 

I have read this post from 3 years ago, which suggets to contact the author. but I'm fancy a bit smarter solution. Any suggestions would be appricaited.

Play Axis is a microsoft certified visual.

What is the actual visual you're referring to?  Is it third-party or Microsoft?
