Hi,
I have a set of data that has a list of contracts with the planned amounts and actual amounts by product, like this:
Contract | Product | Planned | Actual |
1 | 1 | 3 | 1 |
1 | 2 | 3 | 2 |
1 | 3 | 10 | 10 |
2 | 2 | 10 | 0 |
2 | 4 | 1 | 1 |
3 | 1 | 10 | 10 |
3 | 3 | 10 | 9 |
3 | 5 | 10 | 8 |
And I need to summarise it at contract level with the actual %, like this:
Contract | Planned | Actual | Actual % |
1 | 16 | 13 | 81% |
2 | 11 | 1 | 9% |
3 | 30 | 27 | 90% |
No matter what I do it doesn't do what I need, it always seems to just give me a % of the total or return null values.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kristian

Hi @Kr1s ,
Consider the following Input data:
Now create another table visual as follows by setting Summarisation on Planned and Actual columns as shown below:
Then create a measure for calculating the proportin percentage and set it's format to Percentage as shown below:
Now move this calculated measure to your table visual:
You will get your expected result.
Thanks,
Pragati
