Planned Vs Actual by Contract

Hi,

I have a set of data that has a list of contracts with the planned amounts and actual amounts by product, like this:

ContractProductPlannedActual
1131
1232
131010
22100
2411
311010
33109
35108

And I need to summarise it at contract level with the actual %, like this:

ContractPlannedActualActual %
1161381%
21119%
3302790%

No matter what I do it doesn't do what I need, it always seems to just give me a % of the total or return null values.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kristian

Hi @Kr1s ,

Consider the following Input data:

Pragati11_0-1602515265338.png

Now create another table visual as follows by setting Summarisation on Planned and Actual columns as shown below:

Pragati11_1-1602515366058.png

Pragati11_2-1602515413229.png

Then create a measure for calculating the proportin percentage and set it's format to Percentage as shown below:

Now move this calculated measure to your table visual:

You will get your expected result.

Thanks,

Pragati
