Pie Chart - Columns from two tables

Hi guys,

I am fairly new to PowerBI. I need some help on creating a pie chart. I have got two tables.

The first table contains the list of all employees in the organization and their office locations. And the second table contains the list of employees active of Training Portal.  I want to display a pie chart that shows the number of employees active on the training portal vs the total number of employees.

Thanks in advance.Capture.JPG

The following is my sample you can have a try.

Active = COUNTROWS(Table2)
All Employees1 = COUNTROWS(Table1)
