Perosnal Gateway is getting offline

Hi Team,

I am working on a virtual desktop and my data is also getting generated on same machine. In the same VDI, i have installed Power BI desktop and Personal gateway. I have configured the personal gateway however my dataset is not getting refreshed. Daily it is getting failed and error says peronal gateway is offline or can't be reached.

I am not sure if the issue is with VDI because that VDI has been used byy multiple users. 

Do i need to keep logged in with the same credential which i have used for personal gateway

@Anonymous , Power BI Desktop login which published file and Gateway login should be the same.

Yes i am using same credential for both.

My VDI has been used with multiple users, they logged me out and logged in, may be this is the issue ? 

Do i need to keep myself always log in to keep personal gateway always online.

@Anonymous , yes gateway needs to be online for refresh and direct query.
