Performance when duplicating fact tables and dimensions - DRLS

We have a tabular model containing the following :

FactTableA

FactTableB

DimensionA

DimensionB

DimensionC

DimensionD

DimensionE

We have DRLS configured for the two fact tables based on specific rules.

There is a specific report where we don't need the DRLS since it is open for all employees.

Solution A : having a seperate SSAS Tabular project where we put the tables related to that report

Solution B : working on the same SSAS Tabular project where we duplicate the FactB and link it to the dimensions, but in this case we can have performance issues since duplicating tables can have an impact on the relationships processing in the background.
