Percentages

Hi,

I've been searching through the other examples but nothing is exactly like my example so I'm posting here.

This is my dataset:

Dataset.PNG

I'm trying to create a cross-tab of date by absence rate : ('Hours Lost'/'Total Time Available'). Drill-able on absence unit.

Table.PNG

Q's

1. Is this possible?

2. If so how can this be done?

Thanks

Hi @stuartm,

#1, Yes, it is possible.

#2, You can try to use below formula if it suitable for your scenario.

Measure =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Table[Hours Lost] ) / SUM ( Table[Total time Available] ),
    VALUES ( Table[Date] ),
    VALUES ( Table[Category Column] )
)

Notice: Please use your category column to replace bold part.
