Percentage of hours work per employee for each department

Hello! I could use some help with creating a measure that can calculate percent of hours worked per employee for each department

It should be something like:

Measure = [Hours] / CALCULATE([Hours],ALLEXCEPT('Table',[DIVISION]))

If Hours is a measure. If column:

Measure = SUM([Hours]) / CALCULATE(SUM([Hours]),ALLEXCEPT('Table',[DIVISION]))
