Percentage of each category in one column based on group by of another column

Hello everyone,

I have two text/categorical columns called Activity Type & Activity Detail (see the Original data below).

Now, I want to calculate the percentage of each Activity Detail within one Activity Type group. For example, Full time occupies 56% over the total cases of New Employees (see the yellow highlight below). The column measure is created by me from count(Activity Type). I dont know how to count on both columns.

How can I achieve this ? I tried several ways but it doesnt work. Thank you so much

Percentage: =
IF (
    HASONEVALUE ( Data[Activity Type] ),
    DIVIDE (
        [Count measure:],
        SUMX (
            FILTER (
                SUMMARIZE ( ALL ( Data ), Data[Activity Type], Data[Activity detail] ),
                Data[Activity Type] = MAX ( Data[Activity Type] )
            ),
            [Count measure:]
        )
    )
)
