Hi,
I've been calculating a percentage difference between two months' values. The function works perfectly whenever it's calculated on my PC. However, whenever the Power BI file is either opened on another PC or Published, the percentage difference tends to mupltiply by a 100.
For example, percentage difference shows 13% on my PC but 1300% when uploaded or opened from another PC.
Any kind of help with this issue would be much appreciated!
Thanks!!
Solved! Go to Solution.
Percentages in Power BI are treated as 100% = 1.
So you will need to format your data load to adjust for this as this is working to how Power BI handles it.
Easiest way to do this is to use the "Divide" function and divide the column by 100 in Power Query.
