## Percentage comparing 2018 to2019

Hi Al,

I'm trying to get the percentage rise from 2018 to 2019 for multiple months

Every example I'm seeing online is using this with a currency or numeric value.

I'm only using the amount of records within a colum as my value

One sample for your rerefence. If it doesn't meet your requirement, kindly share your sample data and excepted result to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.

```Measure =
VAR y18 =
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[value] ), FILTER ( Table1, Table1[Year] = 2018 ) )
VAR y19 =
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[value] ), FILTER ( Table1, Table1[Year] = 2019 ) )
RETURN
DIVIDE ( y19 - y18, y18 )
```
