Hi,

Create a Calendar Table and build a relationship from the Date column of the Data Table to the Date column of the Calendar Table.  In the Calendar Table, create columns for Year and Quarter.  Drag Year and Quarter to 2 slicers and select any one year and quarter.  Write these measures

Total sales = SUM(Data[Sales])

Total sales in previous quarter = CALCULATE([Total Sales],PREVIOUSQUARTER(Calendar[Date]))

% change over previous quarter = IFERROR([Total Sales]/[Total sales in previous quarter]-1,BLANK())

Total sales in same period last year = CALCULATE([Total Sales],SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(Calendar[Date]))

% change over same oeriod last year = IFERROR([Total Sales]/[Total sales in same period last year]-1,BLANK())

Hope this helps.
