Percentage Average from 2 Tables

Hi All

I have 2 tables with telephone data. Table 1 contains internal phone data (calls offered, answered, SLA%, etc.) while Table 2 contains external phone data (calls offered, answered, SLA%, etc.) from a third party.

I have been asked what is the SLA % for the volume of calls answered within 90 seconds from both tables as 1 number?

I am a  DAX noob and am stugling to find any information on how to best go about getting this figure.

As always, any and all help is appreciated. Let me know if I need to provide any further information.

Thanks

PaulMac

Hi PaulMac,

If possible, could you please inform me more detailed information (such as your sample data and your expected output)? Then I will help you more correctly.

You will have to create a measure first, something like:

=CALCULATE (countrows( 'Table 1' ), Table1[Column_name] <90) + CALCULATE (countrows( 'Table 2' ), Table2[Column_name] <90)

replace your table names and column names
