I am trying to create a table that shows how much (percent time) of the day that a server is being used to execute queries. I have a table that has start and end time columns of query executions throughout each day rounded up to the minute and I also have created a table that has every minute of date and time possible in each day. I have attached what I am hoping the chart will look like, but I am not sure how to create it, I am still fairly new at power BI so any help is appreciated. Thanks friends.

What I ended up doing was counting the number of 5 minute periods compared to how many 5 minute periods are in a day to figure it out.
@jaredneedshelp , Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
I think an approach very similar this file will be needed

I tried using the example that you posted chaning the values to my data and it just gives me the count of 1 for each day. Any other ideas?
Here is the example of what the date data looks like, I want to be able to see out of a given day, how much time is within these ranges and how much is not.
