Percent of Tasks Complete by Person

I apologize if this is really easy for everyone here, but I am struggling to establish a % Completed based on goal vs. actual.

   Running total:75%

 May June
PersonGoalCompletedCompletion %GoalCompletedCompletion %
a100%11100%
b11100%100%
c11100%12100%
d100%11100%
e12100%11100%
f11100%11100%

  % Completed Goal67% % Completed Goal83%

The completion % and the running total completion % are what I am struggling with.  Do I need to create a new summary table to do this or can I do it with a couple measures?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @JAXX ,

You could refer to below formula to calculate completion%:

Completion% = IF(CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[Completed]))/CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[Goal]))>=1,1,0)

Result:

1.PNG

But I wonder how about the logic of your running total completion %: 75%

Could you please offer me more information about it?

Sure thing.  Thanks for your response.

The 75% completion is actually based on the number of people that have completed their goal rather than the actual number completed/the actual goal number.  In the example I provided, 4 out of 6 people completed their goal for May, which would equate to 67%, 5 out of 6 people completed their goal for June which is 83%.  The running total would be 9 out of 12 people completing their goal, which would be 75%.
