% Total Sales = divide( [Total Sales] , 'Table 1' [Sales Count Sum])
Sales Count Sum = Sum(Sales Count)

Hummm..Seems you Edited the data examples and deleted the Question.
The output examples do not describe enough for me. I need to see a sample data set from each table. I assume there is a common unique ID to link to. Based on the example, the Discount name has to link to the User table meaning the discount code should be in their or the user ID would need to be in the Discount table. If that is the issue but I'm guessing.
