Percent change Year over Year by quarter

I want  correct functions, as below, that gives me YOY % change by quarter.

Please refer to below measure formulas:

Total = SUM('Yearly amount'[Amount])

Total N-1 by quarter =
CALCULATE (
    [Total],
    FILTER (
        ALLEXCEPT ( 'Yearly amount', 'Yearly amount'[QuarterName] ),
        'Yearly amount'[Year]
            = MAX ( 'Yearly amount'[Year] ) - 1
    )
)

YOY =
IF (
    MAX ( 'Yearly amount'[Year] )
        = CALCULATE ( MIN ( 'Yearly amount'[Year] ), ALL ( 'Yearly amount' ) ),
    BLANK (),
    DIVIDE ( [Total], [Total N-1 by quarter], BLANK () ) - 1
)
