Per user level RLS?

Is it possible to use Power BI with RLS on a per user level? By per user, I mean similar to how a user would log in to a system and only be able to see his personal profile. The end result would be to create a dashboard for each person where they can see their ratings per field and what development paths they can take to go to another job role.

Hi @vanessafvg! I think that's the one I'm looking for. Do you think it's possible to use this with an Excel file as a data source?

@olimilo Well once the data is imported into power bi I would think the source is irrelevant since power bi will manage the security in the power bi file - however that wouldn't extend to excel obviously - probably best to read through the link to make sure it meets your requirements
