Is pbi desktop compatible with ssas translations, or not?

Hi @Anonymous,

Currently language translation in SSAS is supported in Power BI Desktop. However, live connection to SSAS doesn't support this feature. SSAS translation is not yet supported in Power BI service, either. You can click to vote below ideas.

Provide language translation support present in SSAS to Power BI Service

Can Microsoft please provide some insights on when we can expect this functionality in Power BI service?

It currently works in Power BI Desktop but doesn't work anymore once the reports are published to the server.

SSAS Translations are coming to Power BI in March 2019 🙂
