Pareto Chart for Defects parameters in columns

hello

we check the defects of process and same is marked as defect parameter all arranged in column wise. e.g. Timelines, Incorrect resolution, Ticket notes. Each of these column fields will take up one of the 3 values

YES - means followed all  (no issue)

NO - Defect (it is a defect)

NA - Not applicable.

All these data entered in Excel and exported to PowerBI.  I want to create a Pareto chart of defects based on the total count of NO for each parameter.

I've attached a sample PIX file.  Please help.
