Paginated report visual no longer working

Hello All.

Recently the report visual hasn't been working in service or desktop.

It does work though if you filter down the data significantly with filters, but it cannot take my whole data set anymore.

it seems like anything over 1000 rows of data gives the error below.

how do i fix?

Edit: this is also happening in the paginated report viewer from the workspace it self too.  If you "Select All" for the parameter it wont work.

microsoft help department said microsoft messed up on latest update and paginated reports using power bi datasets no longer work and need to have this put into the browser as a "fix" for now:
